I use a lot of olive oil, and I eat a lot of olives.
Almost all of it from here. https://www.gooramaddaolives.com.au/
I live in Melbourne, and I have grown up in a suburb filled with Greeks, and have many (Australian) Greek friends. I have offered some of their parents these olives to taste, and they have said "not bad". I know the way they think about things that are not Greek, I think that is a huge compliment. However, price for Australian olives, and oil, is still an issue.
They also make capers, and caper salt, which are unbelievable. I was privileged enough to be allowed to buy some of their trial run of capers in gin. Orgasmic! Unfortunately, it seems that they turned out to be commercially unviable, so they are unlikely to continue producing them.
Still, I place an order for olives and oil around once every six months. Their produce is brilliant.
Obviously, I am a fan.
