I order by emailing the order form from their website, and follow up with a phone call to pay by CC.
Last time I ordered, delivery was $23, but since my whole order was about $190 the delivery charge wasn't too bad.
I normally order about twice a year.
I thoroughly recommend their "Beer Olive" (big green mild fleshy olives), and the Koroneiki olives (tiny black ones - almost sweet). None of the olives are pitted, which means they keep for ages. Their olive oil is magnificent, I get the 2 litre casks, and one of the small Hardy's Mammoth bottle for special occasions.
They both really lovely people; I hope they are not affected by the fires. Last time I spoken to them (July) they had already begun irrigating, which they normally don't do until November.
I'm not sure there is a retailer in Melbourne at this point, you might have to ask them.
