She also makes Preserved Lemons (which I do too); we talked for ages discussing recipes and olives.
I'd order her Lemons, but I reckon no one's Preserved Lemons are better than mine.
Be cafeful with the Koroneiki; even though they are small, they still have pits. Those pits will crack in your mouth and break up, which is very unpleasant. But they are delicious. Some people find them too fiddly, but I have given them to sworn olivephobes, and found that they could eat these.
I created a recipe for Chicken Thigh fillets, Preserved Lemon, Koroneiki, Hot English Mustard, Anchovies, Garlic, Capers, and Onion. (By coincidence - I made it tonight.) I'll post it if you want. (Image below).
I've just cracked open my second cask of EVOO, so I'm right until about April, then I'll place my next order.
