I’d say standard about a litre a month - but then it goes up if i do things like poach chicken in olive oil which probably uses 500ml in that alone.
You can fry with it just has to be below smoke point.
On a side note it’s actually also a good laxative if/when you need it ... Has to be first thing in the morning though - no food - not even a glass of water - 2 tbsp straight down ........ and in 30 minutes or less lol
