They have a pretty big area set aside for stockpiling ore.
They have not been "seriously" mining as yet. The mining efforts so far have been to open up access to the high grade (1.4%) stopes and to extend the decline to provide drilling sites for proving up further ore.
So as well as ore, they have bought out a lot of plain rock which they have used for the tailings dam wall and the road to provide access for surface drilling of Saxon and Bison.
The annual report mentions that they are going to mine out some really low grade ore (0.4-0.7%) for use during commissioning.
The intention was to ramp up production as the processing plant neared readiness. My understanding is they will be adding more mining personnel as ramp up proceeds.
