I think we are missing one thing - the stock price is not 3 bucks but 7 cents
When I traded SRK in 2008 I made 15% and got out...on some days it rose 20 cents
At that time iron ore stocks were hot and CFE sold its dud to the Chinese for over $300 mil
SRK's assets are a lot better than what CFE had and I think the Chinese are more likely to do business in S America than here ...the Glencore sale is a perfect example of how the Chinese govt has given the green light on Peru
