I am under no illusion that they could get 15 mil the same as leg got for a lot less, but still that adds 10 cents to cash backing and any buying could make decent money. I am also under no illusion they could not sell it.
but it's only been for sale for 3 months and have progressed since last quarterly from tasks to serious talks and are reviewing and offer.

But in reality I think 30 mil is a bargain price and achievable with that it adds 20 cents and easily a 160% return. But you never know that's half the fun of investing if we all knew we would be warren buffet
