I am an IAG shareholder, that doesn't mean I'm a loyal customer.
My house insurance renewal just came in from IAL (owned by IAG) and it's up 32%. That is a lot to stomach, so I found a cheaper quote. Other companies are still offering last year's prices. Yes, IAG will get revenue from the premium increases, but they may also lose some customers.
