The underwriting agreement would be subject to termination clauses/market conditions.
Some, but probably not all of the getout clauses, will be detailed in the RI prospectus.

I think the 400bopd number for NWZ2 was a guesstimate based on the wells in the adjacent NWZ block.
GG has claimed (in an email last year)that the adjacent NWZ wells were producing around av 400bopd ea, however I'd take that with a grain of salt. Unfortunately it's hard to verify the adjacent production numbers from a reputable source, and there's no guarantee that NWZ2 will achieve similar rates under pump.
Going by the brr interview, we wont know the NWZ2 flow rates (if any) until after the RI closes

Wrt the RI, will be interesting to see if there's a shortfall offer to retail holders, despite the underwriting.
If there is, I would just buy ~1000 shares to qualify and take my chances to pickup the bulk at 2.7c should there be a shortfall.
Its only a marginal play so no great loss if I missed out.
