Yes, their would be a get out clause for the underwriting, and maybe even the con note. Not to mention the con note could get voted down(unlikely).

But the initial placement should have gone through. The last announcement said they hadnt been placed yet, and still no 3B.

Issue them now, before things turn pear shaped. These guys are hopeless.

Technically their is no obsticle to issuing the shares. We voted on refreshing the 15% share issue for another 12months, so they are free to issue now without our vote.

So why havent they?
