I have read a considerable number of reports recently concerning brazen gold and silver thefts and robberies occuring in some countries. The higher the price goes the more of this you will see. Like cash physical is easily disposed of...Mint marks and serial numbers mean nothing..they don't offer any security whatsoever.
The best protection is SILENCE!
