    BTW sugar is actually causing the cholesterol problem through VDLs NOT fat. This is worth researching as it is not what is portrayed by the 'food' companies. Organic Butter is actually good for you in moderation and is easily metabolised whereas fructose is directly stored in the liver (fat)
