    Shares were trading above $4 when UWL made potential takeover announcement so if we assume a 25% takeover premium from these levels, we're looking at $5+/sh or 30%+ upside from here. I think $6/sh would not be shocking given stock hit $4.70 not that long ago and there are apparently several suitors circling it
