    Strachan said $2.20. But what is clear is that the shareprice will go berserk if the next ann says OIL. If not it obviously will go backwards. But this oiler does have an income stream from texas unlike many others.

    How high will it go. Who knows.

    When it moves (which it will) it will move fast.
