Agreed. Announcement was rubbish. The contract is worth $40K. Hardly worthy of an announcement. It's not material at all. The only thing that can be deemed material is that a big new contract is only worth $40K. Making these announcements is just further cementing the fact there isn't a viable business here. "We've got a new contract, it's worth $40K" When you look at how much OLV are burning how many $40K contracts do they need to win?
There will without question be another capital raising. Another capital raising would be sub 5 cents.
