LOOKs as if Plenty of money will be needed to get this company just reasonably well capitalised.Markets will need to hold up to get this risk bedded down.This company has only a few dollars.It looks as if the deal to Buy the Amerill needs a capital raising of $9 million so I should think that quite a lot more will be needed. If There was a $20 million capital raising at say 5 cents a share that would increase the shares outstanding by another 400 Million shares in addition to the 200 million shares together with cash for the Amerill acquisition.I am not sure how the share price would take all this,the share price could fall back below 5 cents a share? With this risk in the share price at the moment at these levels as the shatreprice is too high imho I will stand back and await developments. Fish
