    Mezzanine finance should not be dilutive, as it is a loan

    The latest announcement is puzzling as it is marked price sensitive, but tells you nothing new.

    No point asking Andrew Lawson, as he does not reply to emails even though he closes off announcements with a please contact me if you have any queries.

    This is what I think is going to happen--First JFE Shoji will go , and Noble will replace them , and then noble will stump the $ 50m Mezzaniane
