I think the chances of refinancing will occur if the OZL can payout the banks that don't want to be part of the syndicate

to do this OZL will have to do either or both a capital raising or an asset sale

provided these conditions are met everything will be hunky dory

so in order to do this the banks have to give OZL time to sell the assets and raise the capital

I am not sure how much the rogue banks want to get out.

I think one...Society general wants about $250m...

not sure how much the rogue bank has invested...lets say $500m

so lets say $150 m for the rogue bank

that would mean selling Martabe and a small capital raising

lets say a rights issue of say 1 for 3 @ 30c which might get us about $326m

and the sale of Martabe at $200m

all up $526m

that's the way I see it going
