I can see any continuous disclosure issues.
Otto have announced that they have the "For Sale" sign up, with strong interest; appointed Steve Herod: M&A skills; expect positive outcome; Molton want out.
Herod initial contract till Dec 2023, with possible extension with Bonus end date of Mar 2023.
Hence expect liquidity events to be at least signed if not finalised by Dec 31st, 2023.
Next announcement would be Sale or No Sale.
They would certainly need to disclose "if the wheels fell off".
Based on announcements, and my modeling, I have a TSR (total shareholder return) of $0.024 +/- $0.002.
Hopefully AR including Resolutions will be released today, but it should be sometime this week.
