I think from memory any change to voting items requires 30 days notice. Even if they do asset disposal and return of capital as part of AGM, if this is successful will need to have an EGM for wind up.
I'm not sure if they would be suspended or get a please explain. From memory companies that miss the financial account deadline are just put on a list by ASX and suspended.
