What the average HC punter thinks of fair price is irrevalant.
No.1 holder Viking at 15% stake is the key. Initial NXS investment @ 134c / share.
Recent placement @ 32c.
Their average is around the 90cent value.
In the 2008 global downturn we lost Mitsui as partner and it could have been Viking also, when they lost the FPSO contract; They didn't exit!
As I recall Vikings' main man Conrad C was offered a position on the NXS Board and declined due his work load.
No doubt Viking will have to be satisfied before any deal
is approved.
And as pure speculation it would not surprise me if Vanguard Shipping are "re-presenting" a FPSO proposal as part of a possible FID ..
The reason I still hold is Viking..
