to me a spec stock, is one that has untapped potential.
like a store that hasnt opened yet. buildings finished, stock on shelves, doors about to open.only when you see the trade figures will you know if they got it right. until then its speculation.
same with say AQD. got the tenements, got the management, got the cash reserves, drilling completed and being done. we await the results, if they got it right it will rocket northwards imho dyor
