check out some of the steel makers in the US - breaking new highs atm (eg see ticker "x") . Cant see why this one is going to crack. Chart shows it will go higher - if it closes above 11.50 tomorrow, this will make 12.00 by April expiry - perhaps even by Wednesday/Thurs.
