I this point has been covered earlier by boiler but I am still a little unclear.
For every 30 aussie shares it will be 1 nasdaq share. So how will trading occur? If there are no additional shares issued to US investors to be traded on NASDAQ how will we sell our shares to us investors real time?
I've tried emailing Prima but the email address listed on the webpage bounced back. So I called them an am waiting for a call back about this.
Will update once I get a response.
