He has outdoorsy clothes on……with a closer look he has a grin on his face…..he is not geared for chain-sawing……no earmuffs or chaffs [protective-leggings]etc…..just a picture for his politically correct mates……or as Quamera suggested he may have the safety brake on….chainsaws normally start with a roar with choke on.
