    Alright....so the official announcement has been made regarding the sale of 29 mil plus shares from a Chinese man to a Indian company. It's been a week and you can even hear a pin drop in RCI. Anyone care to shed some light on where this counter is headed? It's the start of the week and i'm hoping it's green all week.
