Good point, always wondered about that theory, but if they let their few thousand shares they have there for sale to cap it, wouldnt it be better off to just let them run and make money anyway. Also, if they do get taken, well then they have lost any benefit they have tried to achieve
6 of one, 1/2 a dozen of the other I guess. But your theory does make sense.
The most important thing of course is just dont sell under it. Eventually it will get gobbled.
