In the end it all depends on each investor's situation and how much they are trading etc etc which is why I said, "depending on how much youre trading at a time" but very often than not, long term investors usually come out better for individual investors in my experience...unless of course you are incredibly good at predicting the peaks and troughs which is very difficult even for the best analysts.
