what is needed is the Directors to give a better share purchase plan - not give up - if you actually want VCR to continue I suggest emailing thge CEO and giving him a rattle about a better SPP with free options etc - only deluting the shreholding evenly anyway.

If earned that sort of money as a director and gave up so easily - i shouldn't be a director.

Should hold an extra-ordinary meweting and remove all directors asap and replacement with directors that are experienced!
