Whoever buys VCR will get the rights to all the infrastructures, IP and contractual arrangements.
So those that think HTW/HIN can now gain access to the hospitals "tied-up" by VCR, had better think again.
Lets not lose sight of the fact there is a huge value in the remaining assets of the company and the advancement of the trials, which is under-pinned by the verfied efficacy of the device, based on huge number of implants, which in itself, is unequalled by even thoratec, and any competitors!!
It would also be interesting to see if PC and cohorts end-up with a seat on the board of the company that buys VCR, or, remains in chanrge and what salary he will command for that new post!!!!
I can't say I am happy about what is happening, but may be this is what it takes to get rid of the CEO and cohorts.
