the cappers are the ones with the "line clearing ability" so they are in no real danger of being taken out, hence, they'll accumulate all that it "dropped"...not many sales going through on the buy side...so its working a treat for them....general market nerves is helping them too....will continue until they have the amount of stock they want, or another buyers moves in fast.

Its a buying op.
