Decided to Call Phenix Health Back again today and unfortunately I cant report that I had success.
I downloaded the Phenix App and registered which then sends a confirmation email to confirm the new account. Unfortunately this email never arrived so I had to call up which I must say they were extremely prompt to answer. She took my details and said she will look into the account verification and will call back as I didn't receive the email (I checked junk) Received a call back in 5 min with a temp password and was told to go into the app and find booking which was also not there. They seemed to have a bug which needs fixing, the highlighted check box having no details to display what its supposed to do apart from presuming - click and hope.
Because it wasn't there I thought maybe I need to book through the app which was easy enough however still had the same bug issue of assuming the organge box is the select.
It then also prompted me with a screen to select symptoms which where a check box
