the operator was obviously monitoring my account as she then called to say that I was now double booked and cancelled the booking I had just created. I told her that the booking she had created for me was not visible. Unfortunately the back and forth saga of trying to get the cough test finished with the Dr's app is not working and she will have to try and find another Dr that's app works. I then had to get back to work so couldn't continue. I emailed Phenix screenshots so they were able to see the bugs and hopefully address it aswel as a very brief email to Resapp to tell them about my experience. I was extremely persistent mainly because im a LT SH and was keen to see what frictions I would face and was a perfect scenario to trial it. I will endeavour to try one more time tomorrow aswel as look into where I book in to the Coviu platform.
