The rules were for only one account to receive the allocation and that is probably what happened with yours. Apologies is this caused concern, however you should still have received 90% of what you asked for, but spread over the two accounts.
If that wasn't the case please give me a call on the number I posted. We thought we had everyone covered however with 1,500 shareholders at the time we may have missed someone.
