Traditional vaccines which started hundreds of years ago cost, in their modern form far too much money and time, six to ten years
So all you need now is to dial up the requirements for the "new" version on the computer and you can be going to market in two months and still make billions $$$$$ in twelve months and actually do it from a shop front if you are too tight to get a proper office
It has never been about the health of the people or the country --- Follow the money, that's where it always starts.
