It was me - I was a nervous holder of 2.39 million TOXO and limited options for raising the $70k to convert.

I had been kicking myself since the collapse from 11.5 cents and was surprised at todays excitement. A quick spreadsheet calc showed that half a million at 10.5 would give me sufficient funds, allong with a little cash in my trading account, to convert the remainder.

The bid was 10 cents at the time althought the last trade had been at 10.5. Siting at 11 cents were some 3 million and I wasn't confident that they would all get soaked up before my options could be sold at 11 or above so I put an offer on for 10.5, left the room, came back and was surprised that it had been taken.

So, to answer your query, I think, I ut a sell on and somebody came along to snap it up. Not sure what the effective difference is as there was lots of activity today. I am mildly gratified that it didn't go any higher and that I managed to get top price for the day along with half a dozen other sellers.

I will now be able to convert my remaining 1.89 milion and sit back for the ride without having to contemplate selling any to refund the cash rasied for conversion form other sources.
