seems to me from media oil commentary this week…
1)ESG is major factor in an unprecedented global lack of investment in O&G which will see an epic structural supply deficit for decades starting now and only going from bad to catastrophic.
2) Right here, right now across the O&G spectrum there is a glaring valuation gap between O&G company share prices and current value (never mind forecast value) that top analysts are starting to publicly draw attention to that can only result in one of two outcomes, or both:
a) a swift appropriate revaluation b) an explosion of M&A
seems to me KAR needs to revalue PDQ before it becomes a target.
