This perceived equity overhang is what’s holding the KAR shareprice back for now.
Given the poor execution of the last raise it’s not overly surprising, even if my view is that any appropriately sized acquisitions in the near future could be comfortably funded via debt (either fully or with a minor amount of equity).
bring on the results and an update on near term strategy!
