According to the King Report the total project cost is $1.863 billion US dollars. At a conversion rate of 78 cents that is $2.388 billion aussie dollars. Allowing for inflation etc some people mentioned the cost of $2.8 billion AUSSIE and i assume that includes ARH'S share of the shared infrastructure.

ARH has just had to borrow $5 million from Palmer to keep the doors open. Otherwise we are stone motherless broke, cash wise.

At a cost of $2.8 billion and assuming 70% debt there will be a requirement to raise at least $840 million in equity. That would lead to massive dilution of our holdings even if the equity was issued at a reasonable premium.

Perhaps the directors need to consider modifying the initial scale of the project in terms of the initial amount/type of processing plants it proposes to build, to put it mildly.
