Currently sitting through days of inductions and I have now been told that if we plan to have a BBQ or get together in camp we can't exclude anyone from the crew or the crib hut (even if they are a dickhead). Will be classed as harassment and our work will be terminated! Seriously people need to harden up. 4 days of telling us how we will get sacked and not 1 mention on productivity. Common sense is gone - 15 years I have been doing this and this is the silliest I have seen. And they wonder why there is no work left in Aus...
