    I am the first to say I get paid too much, however, when 50% of the workforce sit on their arse and do nothing for the same pay rate, that gets on my nerves. Hence why I agree with work choices (the concept of it anyway - to reward for effort - a lot or workers try to find excuses not to do work, not vice versa)
