Yeap but that's the way it is. Like in the USA you have to assume everybody is an idiot.
Don't get me started on needing a ticket for this that and what ever, just because some one has a ticket doesn't mean they are any good.
Years ago had a work safe inspector ask if I had a forklift ticket, it was a big forklift and one of it's kind in the state. No I didn't have a ticket so was told I would have to get one, I asked that given this was one of a kind fork lift and no one had more experiance than me, who was going to train me?
