Currently sitting through days of inductions and I have now been told that if we plan to have a BBQ or get together in camp we can't exclude anyone from the crew or the crib hut (even if they are a dickhead). Not sure if it's really that silly especially in construction. Team work is important & bonding with other members on the given project. Seems contrary to that if people are trying to ban or exclude other employees.
