There's a big difference to the (IAU) debacle IMHO,

Reason being is that Gregory James Sheffield is the 100% holder of the Grafex Titles
and he is an Australian citizen
Therefore all legal dealings regarding Grafex will be done in Australian Courts which is a lot easier than International Courts,
i.e) If it should come to that

Certify , for publication purposes , which
have come inexact in the Bulletin of the Supplement
Republic , number eighty-nine , the third
series, dated November 6 , two thousand and
fourteen , on page 3420 ( 2 ) , which reads :
" I hereby certify , for publication purposes ,
which in spare minutes of fifteen October
two thousand fourteen, entered in headquarters
the company named Grafex Limited ,
based in Bairro Polana Cimento , Street
Mukumbura number three hundred eighty-seven
in this city , registered at the
Registration of Legal Entities in Maputo
the No. 100286017 , was carried out in society
to above the partial amendment of the memorandum
where the partner Claudio Manuel Loureiro
Nogueira, offered to divest at face value
whole share that it holds in society
to Mr. Gregory James Sheffield.
As a result of the transfer of shares
It changes the fourth article of the memorandum
the company, which is replaced by the following
wording:
ARTICLE FOUR
(Share capital)

A) The share capital, fully

subscribed and paid in cash is
twenty thousand meticais, corresponding to the sum
two shares distributed as follows:

a) A share of the nominal value of

ten thousand meticais, equivalent to
fifty percent of the capital
social, belonging to Gregory
James Sheffield;

b) A share in the nominal value of

ten thousand meticais, equivalent to
fifty percent of the capital
social, belonging to Gregory
James Sheffield.
That everything else remain unchanged
the effect to the provisions of the previous fiscal pact.
Maputo twenty-ninth day of October two thousand
