    One 'expert' on Bloomberg was saying that a co-ordinated World wide Interest Rate reduction is needed. I agree in principal however the Governments would need to assist some Banks with payment of some Longer Term Deposit Interest Monies.
    The present Interest Rates are preventing many Companies and Individuals form reducing their Debts and Banks are ending up with the Bad Debts.
