    OK, marri you have made your (overly generalised) claim about how much trouble BJT would be in if all properties were marked down to the level of the latest sale.

    There has been a response that outlines what would actually happen if this was the case. Can you please admit your were wrong or come up with some kind of evidence based rebuttal.
