BTW, I have researched most of the ASX listed REITS (esp the bigger ones), and found this to be the best value. The Australian or SMH had a interesting chart one day of the REITS (gearing etc) and VPG was a standout IMHO.
Compare it to CNP for example (on a very basic level).
NTA
CNP 64c vs VPG 95c.
Gearing
CNP 80-100% vs VPG 33%
Share price
CNP 9.8c vs VPG 6.1c
Starts to paint a picture IMHO.
