the assumption is that the govt/cb etc will not let anything of substance fail. They will simply inflate it away, thereby everyone pays for the problem. If however, they can't inflate because nobody will want their currency (Argentina) then everything goes a little crazy. The next run on the bank will most likely be a online one, (you won't see it) as the pessimist makes his move
