why the hell the founding fathers enabled political interference in the courts by appointing judges according to their political/ideological beliefs is beyond my understanding. and this is the point of how the SCOTUS is failing the national interest, democratic principles, sensible health service availability etc etc....
surely all decisions should be solidly founded in law and not on absurd political blind faith.
