we are IMO - not pragmatic at all. We are - on a day to day, hour to hour basis

but, humans lack vision - we just can't get a grip on making day to day labours for objectives 100 years down the track

even when you see a person who builds something to last 100 or 1000 years

they do so - so they can stand beside it and say 'look at this'

the folly of people ------------ is that we say - 'oh we want good things for our children and we love our grandchildren'

then, we go out and buy them shitty consumerist totally unnecessary toys and crap for their birthdays and Christmas

actions which are in total opposition to what we say is our love and wishes for the future of those very grandchildren

we are visionless, unimaginative, illogical fools
